Woke up to a beautiful Fall day. Nice and Brisk outside. I remind myself how lucky I am to live in this beautiful waterfront town! It is currently 61 degrees (per our website weather)... in November!  But with the windows open and the sun shining on me, it feels like spring!

Many folks stopping by for information and tours of area listings, that is great news. Everyone is excited to see things pick up!

Pamela and her family are planning to try out the new Oak Island Bridge that opened over the weekend.  I heard that the views are beautiful and I can't wait to see it for myself.  We will get an update from her tomorrow!  I know it has been long awaited!

Well, back to work now.
