With a love of charming, old historical homes, I've found Southport to have a magical quality and decided to make the move from western NC/SC where I sold both land and homes surrounded by state forests and waterfalls.

Water has a mystical attraction for most everyone and Southport NC is located at the junction of the Cape Fear River, the Intercoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean, where the salubious breezes relax and renew the spirits.
