As a Land Specialist in Brunswick County, North Carolina for over 20 years, Brian has been involved in all phases of Real Estate Development, Marketing, Brokerage and Investment. He has enabled clients to be actively involved in the area’s phenomenal growth and prosperity. He served as Vice President of the South Brunswick Home Builders Association while operating a successful Custom Home Building company. The accumulation of his extensive knowledge and experience makes him well suited to understand the requirements needed of a Developer in both residential and commercial markets, from site selection to the finished product. Brian is a member of the Realtors Land Institute (RLI) and has earned the designation of Accredited Land Consultant. He lives in Brunswick County with his wife and daughter and is actively involved in the community.
