Pete and his family arrived in Southport, NC in 2003. Coming from a successful career in industry with a management background in the Fortune 500 arena where he developed a global network in the real estate and capital market industries, Pete was the choice to develop the Commercial Division of Southport Realty. Pete is co-owner of Southport Realty and is partner in Carolina Acreage - a division under the Southport Realty umbrella that focuses on commercial real estate and land acquisition and sales. Pete is a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) which is the highest regarded designation in the field of Commercial real estate. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from UNC Chapel Hill and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Wake Forest University. Pete currently serves as Vice President for the Brunswick County Association of Realtors® and also serves as a Board of Director for the North Carolina Association of Realtors®. He focuses in commercial and investment real estate with an emphasis in land tract acquisition. The Frandano family lives in Southport and is actively involved in community activities.
